Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Software Tester to join our QA team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about software quality and eager to build a career in software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Manual Testing of software applications.
- Write, review, and execute test cases based on requirements.
- Design and maintain test documentation.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work with MS SQL to validate backend data as part of testing.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts.
- Good skills in test case design and execution.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and bug lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with MS SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- UG: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCOM (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- PG: M.Tech (Computers) / MCA
