ZM Technologies is seeking talented, certified graduates to join our Technical Department! This is a robust opportunity starting with a 3-month paid internship, leading to a permanent, on-role position based on performance.
The Role & Responsibilities (Technical Support) This is a core infrastructure role focusing on:
• Network Support: Troubleshooting LAN/WAN/WLAN, and managing/configuring network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Server Support: Managing physical/virtual server environments (VMware, Hyper-V), system reliability, and disaster recovery.
• Security & Compliance: Implementing security protocols, conducting audits, and responding to incidents.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Certifications HIGHLY Preferred: Microsoft Azure, Cisco, AWS, Red Hat, Cybersecurity, or MCSA.
• Shift: General Shift.
• Employment Type: Full Time, (Post-Internship).
Compensation:
• Internship: Paid 3-month term.
• Post-Conversion Salary: ₹ 2 – 3 LPA (On-Role Package). Final salary depends upon performance in interviews.
