Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester (Fresher) to join our quality assurance team. The candidate should have a basic understanding of manual testing concepts and be able to write and execute SQL queries for testing purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, report, and track bugs or issues.
- Validate data using basic SQL queries.
- Work closely with developers to understand features and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of test results and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
- Ability to write and run SQL queries.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Interview Process:
- Online Test (link shared – valid for 24 hours)
- Face-to-Face Technical Interview – Aundh Office
- Final Face-to-Face Technical Round – Aundh Office
Compensation:
- ₹3 LPA for the first 6 months (based on performance)
- ₹5 LPA after confirmation
