Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration & creation of Oracle DBs
- Daily DB operations, startup/shutdown
- Backup & recovery (RMAN), archive handling
- Patch management, upgrades & DR replication
- Performance tuning, ORA error resolution
- RCA for major incidents, audit & compliance
- User management, access control & space monitoring
- Data Guard, RAC, replication & connectivity checks
- Coordination with OEM, documentation & best practices
