Salary range: Anything between INR 8,000 – INR 24,000, depending on the candidate’s interview performance
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, AI Agents, and modern AI development frameworks.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI applications, automate workflows, build enterprise AI assistants, and integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities –
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and services.
- Build Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Develop AI Agents and autonomous workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for enterprise use cases.
- Create intelligent chatbots, copilots, and knowledge assistants.
- Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Deploy AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure scalable AI deployments.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Industry-specific AI Solutions
The candidate needs to sign a Service Agreement with us for the period of 24 months. The candidate is expected to submit a security cheque of INR 2 lacs, which won’t be encashed. The cheque shall remain with us for the period of 24 months and after the completion of the bond period the cheque shall either be cancelled or returned to the candidate.
