Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to design
and implement robust software solutions. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives during the project
implementation phase. - Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring
optimal performance across various devices and browsers. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using NodeJS to support
frontend functionalities. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality
standards. - Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and development
challenges. - Work with databases to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development
processes. - Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM roles, VPC configurations, and
OAuth authentication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in NodeJS and
ReactJS. - Familiarity with NodeJS frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS) and design patterns (e.g.,
Microservices, MVC, Middleware). - Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS,
JavaScript. - Experience with front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and build tools
(Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience in writing quality SQL stored procedures and scripts.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development
methodologies. - Excellent understanding of OWASP security standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
environment. - Proficiency in Visual Studio and related IDE tools.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or associate degree in IT or related disciplines.

- Report to the development team lead.
- Work within an agile team to develop and test applications.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Assist developers in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
- Prepare technical manuals, specifications, and other documentation.
- Package and support deployment releases.
- Develop, refine, and optimize integrations between applications.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of technical requirements.
