Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support to our clients. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues and requires frequent travel to client locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support tasks and service logs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT field services.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems
- Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Networking fundamentals
- Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Male candidates preferred due to travel and field work requirements.
