Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop performance test strategies & plan
• Create and execute scripts using JMeter
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
• Analyse test results and generate performance report
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to identify bottleneck
• Recommend and validate tuning measure
• Support benchmarking and capacity planning initiative
What You’ll Need
• Freshers / 0.5–1.5 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
• Good understanding of performance testing types (load, stress, soak, spike
• Experience with HTTP/S, REST/SOAP APIs, and RDBM
• Comfort with Linux environment
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
• Basic scripting skills (Groovy/Java/Shell) – preferred
• Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus
