Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong analytical skills, an interest in technology, and a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in customer interactions to understand and capture business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and testers.
- Apply basic SQL and software testing skills to validate business requirements and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Good documentation and writing skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of SQL and software testing.
- Comfortable interacting with clients or business stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification:
- UG: B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Computer Science or related discipline)
- PG: M.Tech (Computers) / MCA
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivated attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to take initiative.
