Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be
responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile development, a deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.

Responsibilities
1. Mobile App Development:
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless mobile app
experiences. Collaborate on features, functionality, and troubleshooting.
3. App Maintenance & Updates:
Regularly update applications to improve functionality, fix bugs, and add new features based on user feedback and emerging trends.
4. UI/UX Optimization:
Implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Ensure the app is responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes. Maintain consistent and intuitive designs.
5. Testing & Debugging:
Conduct unit testing and debugging of mobile applications to ensure stability and high-quality performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development or after deployment.
6. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor app performance and suggest improvements. Optimize apps for maximum speed and scalability. 7. App Deployment:
Manage app submission to app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store). Ensure that all app store guidelines and
standards are met.
8. Stay Up to Date with Mobile Technologies:
Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development. Continuously improve the development process and adopt new tools and techniques.
Technical Requirements & Skills
1. Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Dart (for Flutter development).
2. Experience with mobile app development frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin (if applicable).
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and APIs.
4. Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design).
5. Familiar with app distribution and deployment processes on Google Play and Apple App Store.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
8. Understanding of mobile application performance metrics and optimization.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience:
0- 1 years of experience in mobile application development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
